Custom and made-to-order garments are created specifically for the individual customer. Once production has begun, changes may result in additional costs or adjustments to the estimated completion date.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and attending any agreed fittings. AAMAE is not responsible for fit issues caused by inaccurate measurements supplied by the customer or changes in the customer’s measurements after production begins.
Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
Any delivery date is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise. If an unexpected delay prevents us from shipping within the stated timeframe, we will communicate the available options in accordance with applicable law.
