Shipping

Every AAMAE piece is prepared with care. Please allow [3–5 business days] for ready-to-wear orders to be processed before shipment.

Made-to-order and custom pieces require additional production time. The estimated timeline will be provided when your order is confirmed.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

AAMAE currently ships [within the United States / internationally]. Shipping rates are calculated [at checkout / based on the destination]. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Please review your shipping address carefully. AAMAE is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Returns

We want you to feel confident in your AAMAE piece. Eligible ready-to-wear items may be returned within [14 days] of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Merchandise showing signs of wear, fragrance, makeup, damage, or alterations cannot be accepted.

Because custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for each client, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or as otherwise required by law. Sale items are also final sale.

To request a return, please contact us at amm@aamae.co with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [5–10 business days] after the returned item has been inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [3 days] of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
